Timelapse Camera Footage (Oct 3 - Oct 10)

The first video shows us weeding the beds and also planting carrot seeds. We also constructed our trellis for our sugar snap peas. Shoutout to Zack for getting extra cattle fencing to ensure a sturdy structure for the peas to climb!

This video shows the daily lives of our plants. Though it rained two out of the three days shown here, do not let that be an indicator of this growing season. It was certainly a dry season, but our crops benefited from this rain, as well the overhead and drip irrigation systems that provided water.

This final video also shows how our crops spend the day. It is fascinating to see the leaves changing position to maximize the absorption of the sun's rays. Again, it shows rainy weather, but as the season progressed, the rain became less frequent.
